**Working in the Commercial team**:
The Commercial team is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of both internal and external stakeholders to serve the interests and objectives of our clients and the company.
**Your responsibilities as a Financial Coordinator**:
- Responsible for the qualitative management, analysis, and interpretation of data, and ensuring efficient internal processes in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Follow up on and resolve questions and complaints from internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting (such as accruals, reconciliations) and track KPIs.
- Contribute to projects by providing relevant input, test scenarios, and improvement proposals, and collaborate with IT on prioritization.Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders for invoice verification, payment follow-up, and reporting.
**Our ideal Financial Coordinator**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- You are capable of analyzing financial information and reporting on it.
- You possess the necessary sense of responsibility to make independent decisions on files and articulate and justify these decisions to various stakeholders (clients, internal and external partners, etc.).
- You maintain an overview of End-to-End operational processes and oversee their execution to initiate follow-up and necessary escalations.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You have strong analytical skills and are focused on continuous improvement.You are proficient in MS Office tools and have the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
