WeAreOneWorld, de organisatie achter het Tomorrowland festival, heeft een ambitieuze groei-strategie die zich focust op het uitbouwen en verdiepen van het merk. Dit door het verder laten groeien van bestaande activiteiten (Festivals & Evenementen, Fashion, Media (incl One World Radio), ) en het opstarten van tal van nieuwe zaken, in binnen
- en buitenland.
Om deze groei en diverse nieuwe projecten te begeleiden zoekt WAOW een Business en Strategy Manager.
Als Business en Strategy Manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO en het Directie team, en werk je nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je ondersteunt de CEO en het Directie-team in de dagelijkse activiteiten, en creëert een hefboom om hun impact te maximaliseren. Van het opstarten van nieuwe projecten tot het mee opvolgen van specifieke business units.
- Je helpt bij het opstellen van het lange termijn strategisch plan.
- Je begeleidt de verschillende afdelingen bij het onderbouwen en uitwerken van hun budget en meerjarenplan.
- Je bekijkt kritisch nieuwe ideeën en business opportuniteiten die continu op de radar verschijnen.
- Je brengt structuur in de waaier van activiteiten en projecten binnen de organisatie.
- Je begeleidt mee de groei en de uitbouw van de organisatie.
- Je detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten of trends.
**Must-have eisen**
- Je beschikt over een Master-diploma in een Economische richting.
- Je hebt een sterk strategisch en analytisch inzicht.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een aantal jaar ervaring opgedaan in strategische en/of financiële consultancy bij een top vier bedrijf, aangevuld met enkele jaren praktijkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Je kan helder en gestructureerd communiceren, mondeling en schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je hebt een ondernemers ingesteldheid, bent doortastend en bijt je vast in nieuwe uitdagingen en projecten.
- Je hebt een zeer breed interesse vlak.
