Je functie

Onze organisatie schakelt over naar Microsoft 365. Om onze organisatie te ondersteunen bij deze verandering wordt een Digital Workplace Team opgericht. We zoeken 2 Microsoft 365 coaches om dit team te versterken.

Als Microsoft 365 coach begeleid je collega’s en teams bij de overschakeling naar Microsoft 365. Dit doe je in overeenstemming met ons plan van aanpak.
- Je organiseert intakegesprekken met leidinggevenden en inspiratiemomenten met teams.
- Je helpt medewerkers bij het efficiënt inrichten van de nieuwe omgeving (documenten, communicaties,intranetpagina’s, werkopvolging). Je doet suggesties ter verbetering.
- Je begeleidt de teams bij het invullen van hun inventaris en stelt een migratieplan op samen met het team.
- Samen met jouw technische collega’s zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering van het migratieplan.
- Tijdens en na de migratie ben je beschikbaar voor de nodige communicatie met en ondersteuning van de teams.

Ook na de overschakeling blijf je een belangrijke rol spelen bij de uitbouw van onze digitale werkplek.
- Bij vragen over Microsoft 365 kunnen medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij jou terecht. Je ondersteunt hen in functie van hun behoeftes (coachingssessie, workshop).
- Je denkt mee na over procesverbeteringen met behulp van Microsoft 365.
- Je volgt de veranderingen van Microsoft 365 op en draagt deze uit in onze organisatie.
- Je onderzoekt samen met collega’s hoe de (minder gekende) apps van Microsoft 365 een meerwaarde kunnen betekenen voor onze organisatie.
- Je introduceert nieuwe medewerkers in Microsoft 365.

Profiel
- Je bent gebeten door Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Lists).
- Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft 365 en je hebt zin om je verder te verdiepen.
- Je vindt het fijn om bij vragen van collega’s samen na te denken over mogelijke oplossingen in Microsoft 365. Vervolgens ondersteun je deze collega’s bij het implementeren van de gekozen oplossing.
- Je bent de brug tussen business en technologie. Enerzijds vind je het fijn om je te verdiepen in technologie en anderzijds luister je graag naar de behoeftes van collega’s. Hierdoor kan je de technologie ten dienste stellen van je collega’s.
- Je bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je gaat systematisch te werk en houdt ervan om oplossingsgericht te werken.
- Je bent leergierig en vindt het fijn om de veranderingen van Microsoft 365 op te volgen en te vertalen naar de medewerkers van onze organisatie.
- Je gaat graag aan de slag met de apps van Microsoft 365, maar het heel technische werk laat je liever over aan anderen.
