**Job Description**:
Als instapfunctie ( periode Mid 2023 tot eind 2024 ) binnen het traject van traineeship zal je het Planning
- en replenishment process coordineren voor de massa afdeling. Hiernaast zal je ook het planningsproces voor Afg. producten ondersteunen als replenisher voor de MU-MU leveringen. Op deze manier zorg je voor:

- een ononderbroken leveringscompliance van massa naar zowel de interne als externe klanten
- een correct voorraadmanagement van massa/ bonen en bulk materialen MU-MU
- een sluitend logistiek proces

waarbij je alle beleidsregels en procedures van het bedrijf volgt.

Tijdens deze 1ste fase van het traineeship zal je ook de kans hebben om het volledige E2E process van planning te leren ( deployment, LU way of work etc ).

In deze job zal je:

- Effectief samenwerken met interne (productie
- en supply planningsteams, procurement, fabrieksmagazijn
- en logistieke teams, BD - business development van de fabriek en andere multifunctionele medewerkers) en externe stakeholders (klanten, leveranciers, LCC, enz.) om te zorgen voor een consistente en betrouwbare in-outbound
- De coördinatie verzorgen van de afroep en levering van materialen voor productiegebruik in overeenstemming met onze normen, procedures en protocollen.
- Proactief en tijdig melding maken van problemen met de productie of de leverancier/verzending/transporteur en leverancier, transporteur en planningsteams inschakelen om een business impact te voorkomen en/of om wijzigingen in de productie
- en/of leveringsschema’s aan te brengen, waar van toepassing.
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het technisch beheren van planningsystemen:

- SAP APO planningstool beheren ( planned orders, processorders, plannigtable
- Eigen vaardigheid en die van andere belangrijke gebruikers met SAP-planningssystemen opbouwen
- MRP’s - Material Requirement Planning-systemen uitvoeren, grenzen en parameters definiëren en handhaven, materiaalafroepprocessen; RM/PM - grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen en de opzet van de product supply chain voor nieuwe producten voltooien in samenwerking met BD; naleving van schema’s door leveranciers,
- Voorraad beheren voor RM & PM en FP volgens KPI-doelstellingen
- Deelnemen aan DMS van de fabriek en afstemming voor operationele uitmuntendheid, de voorbereiding van IBP en dashboardvoltooiing ondersteunen en de compliance
- en governance-normen voor productie naleven.
- IL6S principes hanteren om
- de werkwijzen & processen binnen het domein te simplifieren
- mede verantwoordelijk op te nemen bij activiteiten van de SN-pijler (Supply Network)
- systemen en projecten ondersteunen naar analyse en eliminatie van verlies in de supply chain

**Jouw Profiel**:

- Je hebt een Master diploma gehaald, bij voorkeur in een wetenschappelijke richting
- Je wenst je toekomst vorm te geven en je carrière te versnellen met ervaring in en kennis te vergaren binnen het planningsdomein en andere domeinen van het traineeship
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een grote wil om nieuwe zaken te ontdekken en naar uw hand te zetten
- Je bezit de nodige computervaardigheden (MS Office, inclusief Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk). Vloeiend Engels is vereist
- Je beschikt over analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- Je bent sterk in samenwerkingen opzetten en relaties bouwen
- Relevante werkervaring met ERP systeem (SAP ) is een pluspunt maar geen noodzaak
