**Job Purpose**:
The HR & Payroll Supervisor will follow up and supervise a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. The HR & Payroll Supervisor will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set up and onboard payroll of the most complex clients;
- Process payroll of complex clients who require special attention;
- Act as a team player and a strong leader for the team;
- Be responsible for your client portfolio and manage it in cooperation with the seniors;
- Maintain our training plan and continue to work on development opportunities for the team;
- Training team members, answering questions from the team regarding complex payroll matters;
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French
- Experience in team management
- Proven experience in payroll delivery (at least 5 years)
- Exposure to expat/international payrolls is desirable
- Responsible and organized
- Problem-solving attitude
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus
