Ben jij klaar om een sleutelrol te spelen in het Payroll Advisory team van Securex ? Wij zoeken een dynamische Supervisor Payroll Support om ons team van Mobile Payroll Adviseurs en Experts te leiden en te inspireren

**Functie**

***Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Stuur met passie en toewijding ons team van Mobile Payroll Adviseurs en Experts aan.
- Zorg ervoor dat opdrachten en taken soepel worden afgehandeld.
- Optimaliseer de teaminzet op basis van objectieve criteria.
- Coördineer de planning en pas deze aan op basis van de voortdurend veranderende context.
- Verzamel inzichten van onze Payroll Adviseurs/Experts na het uitvoeren van operationele taken en deel deze met de managers.
- Organiseer boeiende workshops, trainingsessies en opleidingstrajecten om hieraan tegemoet te komen.
- Blijf op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in payroll, bij ons Sociaal Secretariaat en binnen de Securex Groep.
- Zorg ervoor dat ons team voortdurend zijn expertise uitbreidt om onze klanten een proactieve en kwalitatief hoogwaardige dienstverlening te bieden.

**Profiel** De ideale kandidaat beschikt over**:

- Een Bachelor of Master diploma in een relevant vakgebied.
- Een solide kennis van payroll en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Een uitstekende beheersing van frans en nederlands.
- Didactische en pedagogische vaardigheden.
- Een sterke klantgerichtheid en assertiviteit
- Goede organisatie
- en coördinatievaardigheden.
- Sterke sociale en communicatie vaardigheden.
