**What will you do?**
As a Talent Manager, you will be able to network with sales professional all day long
This intensive program with focus on growth is the perfect springboard for an ambitious career in sales or sales recruitment.
The first 6 months you will mainly work in sync with one of the more experienced consultants. Thanks to your varied tasks you will very quickly build up both knowledge and your own network:
- Approaching high potential tech sales professionals via social media, CRM and other channels
- Qualifying and challenging their skills, background and motivation through phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
- Mapping out the needs and wishes of our partners
- Bringing the wishes of all parties together and work out win-win-win situations that lead to long-term collaborations
- Keep on questioning the status quo and challenge your team on a daily basis. _Bring it on_
Once you’ve mastered these skills, you can start building your own team, be a manager, advance to executive search,Options enough, we’ll find something for you

**What do we expect from you?**

- You have a bachelor’s degree in business management/ HR, master’s in TEW/Technology or a similar degree
- You’ve had a first working experience preferably client oriented
