**Jobinhoud**:
- Voor een toonaangevende klant in het Antwerpse zoeken we een _**Booking Officer **_met kennis _**export**_ _en een _**commerciële ingesteldheid**_. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van de klant doorheen heel het boekingproces. Hiervoor registreer je inkomende boekingen en start je de dossiers op. Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:_
- Transport aanvragen
- Controle van de inkomende gegevens
- Speciale dossiers zoals dangerous goods of andere speciale vereisten
- Aangeven van mogelijke optimalisaties
- Allerhande administratie
- Het rapporteren aan je teamlead
**Wie zoeken we**:
- Je hebt een bachelor logistiek management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Een goede kennis Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
- Je bent communicatief sterk en commercieel aangelegd
- Je bent sterk in administratief werk en gaat daarbij nauwkeurig te werk
- Je hebt goede timemanagement skills en weet prioriteiten te stellen
