Join our dynamic team as Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Digital & Customer Experience. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various functional teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach to marketing, combining both traditional and digital channels. If you are passionate about innovation, leadership, and performance optimization, this opportunity is for you.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals, in close collaboration with the Head of Digital & Customer Experience.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns, using a combination of traditional and digital channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending for maximum return on investment.
- Encourage innovation to stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Digital, Loyalty, Customer Engagement & Experience, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure an integrated approach to marketing.
- Supervise the recruitment, training, and development of the marketing team.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of fundamental principles of both digital and traditional marketing.
- Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and performance management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to set clear goals, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
