**What does this job entail?**:
Managing the business road map of the Data Quality Management (DQM) department at KBC is an opportunity to make a** powerful impact;** DQM is at the very core of KBC’s data-driven strategy. Are you up for the challenge?

In recent years, data has become vitally important in society and especially within the financial world. It has become one of the most important components in reaching strategic goals in the sector. Proper management of data and the data stream is essential, especially when it comes to data quality, security and privacy.

Thanks to good data management, knowledge and insights from data can also be used effectively. In this way, the Data Quality Management team ensures that, for example, KBC can deliver **reports of the highest quality to national and international regulators.**

DQM works together with all entities of the KBC Group - six banks and five insurers - to produce **more than 4,500 reports**. We process hundreds of data streams, run technical and functional checks, perform calculations and deliver reports on all this to management and regulators. There’s no shortage of variation or challenges

**What do we expect from you?**:

- You listen and talk to business stakeholders to **understand their vision and needs**. You translate them into a concrete business value, solutions and a road map.
- You subsequently make sure that we **create business value.** With the right priorities and in an efficient manner.
- You deliver the solution, then decide whether it meets all the **acceptance criteria.**:

- You always keep an eye on priorities to ensure they are in line with the strategy.
- You take **ownership of the business road map**, which also means that you manage new requests.

**Your key strengths?**:

- You have experience with:

- **business analysis and architecture solutions;**:

- **data management** (and you’re familiar with the DMBOK);
- **regulatory reporting** in Finance, Risk or Treasury.
- Do you also have experience with vendor tools such as Teradata, Informatica, WKFS, Moody’s Analytics or IBM? Great
- You're familiar with the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and with **agile software development.**:

- You **visualise processes clearly**. You do this, for example, in PowerPoint or Visio. You split complex processes into smaller parts. And you’re able to clearly word them, without using too much technical jargon.
- You easily maintain an **overview**, never losing sight of the smaller, more important details.
- You communicate effectively in **Dutch **and **English**.
