**Doel van de functie**
De **Junior Business Controlle**r zal de schakel vormen tussen de beheerscontroller van de divisie Luxe, de verschillende vestigingen en de holding Sopadis. Hij/zij zal een essentiële rol spelen bij de analyse, de ondervraging en de validering van informatie voordat deze naar Sopadis wordt gestuurd.
Hij/zij voert de verschillende analyses uit om een beter inzicht te krijgen in de activiteiten van de afdeling Luxe. Hij/zij zorgt ervoor dat de financiële informatie correct is en verklaarbaar in termen van analyses en andere financiële KPI's.
De Junior Controller MA zal nauw samenwerken met het Hoofd Controlling Luxe, het Controlling-team van de Holding en de verschillende vestigingsmanagers.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**
- Valideren van de maandelijkse controle van financiële en commerciële gegevens van alle filialen om een duidelijk en volledig overzicht van het bedrijf te hebben. Validatie omvat ook het toezicht op HR-informatie.
- Deelnemen aan het jaarlijkse budget, de prognosecyclus en het vijfjarenplan in overeenstemming met de normen en het kader van de Groep.
- Communiceer cross-functionele richtlijnen binnen de budget
- en prognosecycli naar alle vestigingen in het specifieke marktgebied.
- Monitoring van begroting/prognoses en prestatiemeting van kritieke kernprestatie-indicatoren, zoals operaties.
- Budgetbewaking en prestatiemeting van kritieke KPI's zoals operationele resultaten, marges, inkomsten en kosten.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de inhoud van de posten van de winst
- en verliesrekening (rubrieken 6 en 7) en van de balans (rubrieken 1 tot en met 5) wordt gecontroleerd en bewaakt.
- Deelnemen aan projecten met een impact op het marktgebied.
- Betrokkenheid bij projecten op het niveau van Sopadis Holding.
**Positie in de organisatie**
De **Junior Business Controller** rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het Hoofd Controlling Sopadis, maar onderhoudt nauwe banden met het Hoofd Controlling Luxury. Vanuit operationeel oogpunt zal de functie worden ondergebracht op het niveau van de Sopadis Holding.

**Ervaring**
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in finance of controlling. Ervaring in de automobielindustrie is een pluspunt.
**Vaardigheden**
De kandidaat moet beschikken over de volgende vaardigheden:
- Anticiperen op en coördineren van veranderingen binnen de organisatie
- Beheren van complexe controlling vraagstukken.
- Vermogen om een groot aantal zaken tegelijk te behandelen
- Goede kennis van commerciële en financiële indicatoren.
- Veranderingen en vernieuwingen voorstellen, initiatieven leiden.
- In staat om in een team te werken voor een gemeenschappelijk doel.
- veerkrachtig en in staat om onder druk te werken
- Autonoom (maar niet onafhankelijk) en bereid om resultaten te boeken.
- Zeer goede communicatievaardigheden met het team en met een breed scala van belanghebbenden in de organisatie.
- Vloeiendheid in beide landstalen is vereist. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- Kennis van standaard IT-tools (Office, Sharepoint,...). Kennis van Power BI is een pluspunt.
