Within the IT Production department we are looking for a Team Manager Infrastructure Projects a.i. responsible for:
- management of project portfolios in the field of IT infrastructure & Security of information systems
- the preparation of the infrastructure roadmap and its evolution
- the elaboration of standards for IT infrastructure and their follow-up for the various implementations
- the design of the IT infrastructure solutions
- technical context
**Role:
- You guarantee the prioritization of the team's activities
- You ensure that the resources are aligned with the workload, in terms of necessary quantities and profiles
- You monitor the dynamics and motivation of the team
- You guarantee correct communication, both top-down and bottom-up
- You support the individual development of the members of your team
- You optimize the operation and organization of your own service, as well as the interaction with other teams and stakeholders (in collaboration with your colleagues) in order to provide the best possible service to your customers,
- You are responsible for the preparation of the budgetary exercise for the coming years of the service and you guarantee the follow-up of the current budgets
- You manage the contracts of our service providers (monitoring of contracts and performance, revision of SLAs, etc.)
- You draw up the roadmap infrastructure and you manage its implementation
- You manage the implementation of the IT Security roadmap in collaboration with the Security Officer
- You approve the infrastructure designs that the System Designers elaborate

**To carry out these activities, as a Team Manager you have**:
System Designers: The infrastructure analysts responsible for the qualification of the requests submitted to the IT Production department, the design of the Infra-Techno & IT Security solutions and the follow-up of their implementation in our systems.
The Team Manager Infrastructure Projects reports directly to the head of the IT Production department and therefore leads one team of about 20 employees in total.
