Your responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the heavy lift strategy for the project, ensuring all opertions comply with safety regulatons and project specificatons
- Supervise the lifing of critcal equipment, including a 200-meter flare and large prefabricated modules, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with the EPCM contractor and lifting contractor to plan and execute lifts using SPMTs (Self-Propelled Modular Transporters) and other lifting equipment
- Manage on-site logistics, including the movement, storage, and warehousing of equipment and materials
- Ensure that all lifting activities are documented, including lift plans, risk assessments, and post-lift reports
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of lifting equipment and rigging arrangements
- Provide expertise in the selection and use of lifting gear and accessories
- Train and mentor on-site personnel in heavy lift operations and safety protocols
- Act as the point of contact for the asset owner, ensuring that contractors meet all project requirements and timelines

**Job requirements**:
- Proven experience in supervising heavy lift operations within a large-scale construction or industrial environment
- Knowledgeable in the use of SPMTs and other heavy lifting equipment
- Strong understanding of site logistics, warehousing, and materials management
- Familiarity with the operational procedures and safety standards of heavy lifting activities.
- Certfication in heavy lift supervision and safety management
