**Job Description**:
**Scope**

The Head of project and heavy lift cargo manager of Europe is responsible for operating all project cargo business for Europe. Working closely with the County Managers and Sales Leaders to consistently strengthen the Heavy Lift and Cargo products.

**Responsibilities**
- ❖- ❖Provides the organization of the work to be carried out in the Europe Project cargo loading.- ❖He is the decision authority for project cargo import and export operations throughout the company,- ❖Finding new customers, signing of contracts with these customers, in short, making sales is a part of his responsibilities.- ❖Carries out operations on cargo shipments and accompanies the loading of the cargo when necessary- ❖Makes pricing in cargo, road cargoes and specialty cargoes, helping to prepare the proposal.- ❖Develops project-cargo related relations with abroad.- ❖Has the ultimate control of the department- ❖To secure department budgets, he arranges and controls necessary sales activities- ❖Deciding on problematic files is a duty- ❖Organize and develop relations with abroad- ❖Controls the preparation of files in a timely and complete manner.- ❖Have a right to control the business process at any time.- ❖Presides at department meetings- ❖Plans for the department's trainings- ❖Cooperate with accounting in collections and maturity approvals.- ❖Responsible for all customer complaints related to project cargo import and export evaluation, preparation of the action plan and elimination of dissatisfaction.- ❖Analyzes the necessary data, on Project cargo performances and reports to the top management when requested.**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- ❖Minimum 8 years working experience with minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry- ❖Proficiency in organizing, planning, prioritizing, assigning and controlling project cargo loadings- ❖Good interpersonal skills with different kind of cultures and people;- ❖Good command of spoken English- ❖Must have a charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic.
