Ark8 are looking for a Senior PR & Influencer Manager to join their amazing team

The Senior PR & Influencer Manager works holistically across Earned communication channels and opportunities, to ensure volume, quality, timeliness, and consistency of coverage & sentiment - ultimately to acquire and retain customers in partnership with the rest of the team.

Developing and then executing on strategy for PR and Influencer channels in a way that’s connected with each other as well as the wider brand strategy, the role holder will deeply understand the customer experience and translate that into relevant and engaging communications.

In the short-term, it’s anticipated that Influencer-related activities will form the majority of the activity mix expected of the role holder, with that mix becoming more balanced between PR and influencer activity, as the brand progresses through its roadmap.

The role also contributes to building data-driven and customer-first practises, that further enhance the team’s capabilities.

**Your responsibilities will include...**
- Develop global strategy and related executions for PR and earned Influencer channels.
- Grow the volume and sentiment of coverage for the brand, among print, online, broadcast and any other Earned media as applicable.
- Identify and leverage appropriate partnerships to secure coverage with media and influencer contacts, positively embodying the brand in relevant interactions.
- Generate and edit statements, press releases, contributed stories, media and influencer kits and other relevant materials.
- Manage budget as assigned, and coordinate and align on any paid creator/influencer opportunities.
- Arrangement of interviews, awards submissions, and media events as needed per planned strategy.
- Measure and assess coverage through the lens of relevant metrics, sharing insight and subsequent recommendation with the team for sake of continuous improvement.
- Be the conduit to raise previously unknown issues arising from customers via PR and influencer channels with the wider team, and recommend suitable solutions around landscape, status, issues and risks.
- Represent a knowledge base on the PR and influencer landscape and related best practise, feeding insights and recommendation through the team as needed.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English language.
- Ability and demonstrated background in planning and executing PR and influencer activities, with proven results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable personality.
- Creative thinker with a good sense for what will resonate with media and content creators, with good understanding of the relevant landscape.
- Proactive and organised, with ability to work independently to set schedules and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplined and international team.
- A flexible and dynamic approach with an ability to adapt to changing goals and objectives.
- Personal interest in entertainment, particularly video games.
- Personal interest in fashion.

- Contacts and coverage obtained at fashion outlets, particularly those associated with streetwear and techwear.
