Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- De NMBS is op zoek naar een Senior Strategic Financial Expert om het dynamische team te versterken dat de Head of Accounting, Tax & Corporate Finance helpt bij het behandelen van de financiële aspecten van strategische dossiers en het analyseren van de interne financiële en wettelijke rapporteringen van de NMBS.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je leidt en coördineert projecten waarin de directie Finance/de dienst Accounting, Tax & Corporate Finance het voortouw neemt binnen de NMBS.
- Je verzekert de financiële/fiscale opvolging van een reeks strategische projecten die door andere directies worden uitgevoerd en waarin jij de directie Finance vertegenwoordigt.
- Je analyseert de financiële, boekhoudkundige en fiscale gevolgen van alle soorten overeenkomsten die de NMBS-groep heeft afgesloten of afsluit in samenwerking met de dienst Legal.
- Je analyseert de evolutie van de economische schuld en bereidt forecasts, budget en periodieke rapportering ervan aan de beheersorganen voor.
- Je voert financiële analyses uit en je ontwikkelt financiële modellen in het kader van waarderingen van participaties zoals Eurostar of bijvoorbeeld in het kader van het nieuwe HQ project aan de Fonsylaan.
- Je geeft financieel strategisch advies aan de directies ter ondersteuning van de besluitvorming.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat IFRS en BeGaap normen worden nageleefd in specifieke gevallen zoals fusies, nieuwe contracten, enz.
- Desgevallend bied je ondersteuning aan de afdeling Financiële Rapportering bij het opstellen van de verschillende financiële rapporteringen van de NMBS.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Technische vaardigheden:
- Je bent handelsingenieur of je hebt een master in economie of financiën. Een beroepscertificaat zoals CFA of gelijkwaardig is een voordeel.
- Je hebt ten minste 8 jaar werkervaring, waarvan 5 jaar in een financiële audit
- en/of transaction Services (M&A) bij een big4-kantoor of gelijkwaardig.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van corporate finance, IFRS en BeGaap-rapportering.
- Je hebt een goed niveau van het Frans.
- Je bent in staat complexe vraagstukken te analyseren en samen te vatten in didactische/pedagogische nota's/presentaties ter attentie van de directie/beheersorganen van de NMBS, de Belgische staat en het College van Commissarissen.
- Je kan juridische teksten analyseren om financiële implicaties te identificeren

- Je hebt een kritische geest en het vermogen om complexe financiële gegevens te vertalen naar bruikbare informatie.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief in teamverband te werken.
- Je kan werken in een dynamische omgeving en je bent in staat om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijkertijd binnen bepaalde deadlines te beheren.
- Je bent proactief, doelgericht, probleemoplossend, overtuigend en stressbestendig. Je bent in staat zijn om samen te werken met verschillende NMBS-departementen, directies en externe adviseurs om nauwkeurige en volledige financiële analyses te maken.- Iedereen is uniek.
