Het garanderen van de brandveiligheid en het beheersen van de brandrisico’s voor de ganse luchthaven site is voor BAC een wettelijke verplichting om de veiligheid van werknemers en passagiers te garanderen. Daarnaast is deze garantie ook van belang om de gebouwen te beschermen en de operationele continuïteit van onze luchthaven te garanderen.
Fire Safety Office (FSO)
Binnen het departement Compliance & Continuity omvat de afdeling Health & Safety enerzijds de Interne Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (IDPBW) alsook het Fire Safety Office (FSO).
Het Fire Safety Office is verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het opstellen van de BAC fire safety strategie, beleid en de uniforme manier van werken (richtlijnen, specificaties, materiaalfiches,) gebaseerd op de geldende wet
- en regelgeving én specifieke luchthaven eisen, met als doel het garanderen van de legal compliance.
- De implementatie en handhaving van dit BAC fire safety beleid door te fungeren als kenniscentrum en adviesverlener op vlak van fire safety, met als doel de project, asset, technische en operationele compliance te garanderen.
- Het opzetten en aansturen van het risk management en compliance check voor het fire safety domein door monitoring, reporting en risico beheersing, met als doel de blootstelling aan risico’s te mínimaliseren, indien nodig de vereiste mitigerende acties te definiëren en op een continu aantoonbare wijze de operationele en asset compliance te garanderen.
Jouw bestemming?
Ter versterking van het departement Compliance & Continuity zoeken we binnen het team van Fire Safety Office naar een Fire Prevention Officer ‘Evacuation and Intervention’.
Jouw vluchtinstructies
Fire Safety Management is een proces doorheen de hele levenscyclus van een gebouw en haar dagdagelijks gebruik.
- Je coördineert en beheert voor BAC de opmaak van alle evacuatie
- en interventieplannen, alsook van alle interventiedossiers.
- Je bewaakt hierbij de correcte implementatie van de evacuatie
- en interventiestrategie zowel voor het project zelf als voor de evacuatie
- en interventie impact op de aangrenzende ruimtes en/of gebouwen. Dit geldt zowel voor de definitieve situatie als voor tussentijdse faseringen.
- Je geeft inhoudelijk ondersteuning aan de Projectmanagers (PM) van de bouw
- en inrichtingsprojecten bij de opmaak van de evacuatie
- en interventieplannen en dit zowel in de ontwerp
- als uitvoeringsfase. Je bewaakt mee het intern proces van opmaak en informatie-uitwisseling tussen PM en tekenbureau.
- Je coördineert en overlegt tijdens de opmaak zowel met de interne brandweer (FES) als met de openbare brandweer (ZVBW).
- Je valideert in nauwe samenwerking met de preventieadviseur van de IDPBW de evacuatie
- en interventieplannen. Ieder evacuatieplan alsook de wijzigingen dienen via de IDPBW te worden voorgelegd aan het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (CPBW) voor advies; jouw rol hierbij is om dit proces mee te bewaken.
- Je volgt mee de resultaten en lessons learned op van de evacuatieopleidingen en -oefeningen uitgevoerd door de collega’s van de IDPBW, en stelt mitigerende acties voor aan de Fire Safety Manager.
- Samen met de collega’s van FSO (dossierbeheerders), help je mee om voor ieder gebouw van BAC een interventiedossier op te laten stellen door de PM van het bouwproject. Hierbij help je de PM indien nodig bij het invullen van de template van het interventiedossier. Je centraliseert deze op de interne portaalsite (ASK) van FSO.
- Je geeft indien nodig opleiding over de inhoud en het proces van evacuatie
- en interventieplannen, en het interventiedossier aan interne stakeholders.
- Je centraliseert eveneens de interventiedossiers van derde partijen op de luchthaven op de ASK-site van FSO, zodat ze beschikbaar zijn voor de interventiediensten FES en ZVBW (bevoegde brandweer Zone Vlaams Brabant West) alsook voor de FOD WASO. Het beheer en de inhoud ervan blijft echter steeds de verantwoordelijkheid van de respectievelijke werkgever.
Jouw paspoort
- Je beschikt over een Master Ingenieurswetenschappen of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring van brandpreventie, brandveiligheid en audit-technieken, of je bent bereid om via interne en externe opleiding deze te verruimen of te verwerven. Ervaring al dan niet als vrijwilliger bij de brandweer is ook zeker een pluspunt. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een luchtvaartomgeving of een andere kritische infrastructuur waar de brand
- en evacuatieveiligheid een key rol betekent.
