**Jobomschrijving**:

- U genereert, bereidt, structureert en onderhoudt gegevens die de prestaties van de dealers ondersteunen (verkoop, marktaandeel...).
- Je ontwikkelt regelingen die dealers motiveren om hun prestaties te verhogen.
- U bereidt beslissingen voor over de annulering en benoeming van dealers.
- U wisselt gegevens uit met nationale verkoopverenigingen in Europa en onderhoudt een relatie met hen.
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe structuren en processen in alle aspecten van de verbetering van de netwerkexcellentie.
- Je zet structurele rapporten op in BI (Business Intelligence) voor het meten van dealerprestaties.
- U rapporteert aan de Network Excellence Leader Europe.
- U werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en aftersales teams.
- U reist af en toe door Europa.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met gegevensanalyse en gegevensbeheer in een internationale omgeving.
- Je bent een creatieve denker en hebt een zeer gestructureerde en analytische geest.
- Je hebt ervaring met BI-tools.
- Je bent proactief, werkt zelfstandig, neemt graag de leiding en werken in een groene omgeving windt je op.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Nederlands, extra taal is een pluspunt.
