Als Customer Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- ** Klantgericht Expert**: Beantwoord vakkundig klantvragen over productlocaties, prijzen en leveringen.
- ** Proactieve Probleemoplosser**: Behandel vragen van externe klanten en interne afdelingen met efficiënte oplossingen.
- ** Ordermanagement Specialist**: Verwerk soepel orderaanpassingen en creditnota's voor een nauwkeurige afhandeling.
- ** Kwaliteitsbewaker**: Zorg voor naleving van bedrijfsprocessen en -richtlijnen.
- ** Teamspeler in een wereldwijd netwerk**: Werk samen in een dynamisch en divers team, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
**The Successful Applicant**:
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, vragen we het volgende van jou:
- Uitstekende beheersing van de **Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal**.
- Ervaring in **klantenservice**.
- Kennis van **MS Office** is vereist; ervaring met Salesforce en SAP is een pluspunt.
