Security Officer

Als Security Officer assisteer je voornamelijk de Security Manager om de medewerkers, klanten, vliegtuigen en andere assets van TUI fly proactief te beschermen tegen onrechtmatige acties en de daaruit voortvloeiende gevolgschade tot een minimum te beperken.
**Functieomschrijving**
- Je gaat na of de voorschriften van het bedrijf of van alle bevoegde officiële instanties worden nageleefd;
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van nieuwe of herziene opleidingen en procedures, inclusief het op punt stellen van processen waar dat nodig wordt geacht in overleg met de desbetreffende manager;
- Je organiseert interne veiligheidscontroles en voert waar mogelijk periodieke veiligheidsinspecties uit bij gecontracteerde derden en luchthavens;
- Je verzorgt documenttraining waar dat nodig wordt geacht en helpt bij het invoeren van nieuwe procedures;
- Je helpt bij de follow-up van de desbetreffende kosten en schakelt de juridische dienst in wanneer dat nodig wordt geacht;
- Je houdt de database bij en volgt incidenten met onhandelbare passagiers nauwgezet op;
- Je adviseert de kapiteins, direct of indirect, bij mogelijke veiligheidsbeslissingen;
- Je onderhoudt goede relaties met alle betrokken belanghebbenden, zowel intern als extern.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je bezit minstens een bachelordiploma;
- Je hebt al enige ervaring of een passie om binnen de operationele luchtvaartsector te werken (ervaring in de particuliere beveiligingssector is een groot pluspunt);
- Kennis van informatiebeveiligingsbeheerssystemen (ISMS) en informatiebeveiligingsnormen (d.w.z. ISO 27001) en inzicht in bedreigingen voor cybersecurity qua vertrouwelijkheid, integriteit en beschikbaarheid van IT-omgevingen in de luchtvaartsector is gewenst;
- Je toont begrip voor klanten en reageert gepast en adequaat op hun vragen en klachten;
- Je bent gericht op concrete doelen en het bereiken van resultaten op de meest efficiënte en voordelige manier;
- Je kent en respecteert de afspraken, regels en procedures die binnen de organisatie gelden;
- Je brengt structuur aan in tijd en ruimte en stelt prioriteiten bij het aanpakken van problemen, ook in terugkerende stressvolle situaties;
- Je bent in staat beslissingen te nemen op basis van onderzoek, ervaring en de geldende regelgeving en om de mogelijke gevolgen in overweging te nemen;
- Je bent in staat om te werken met tools zoals MS Office & Internet en je zorgt dat je op de hoogte bent van de nieuwste veiligheidsvoorschriften;
- Je hebt een duidelijke en professionele communicatiestijl in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels.
