Als medewerker Business Process Management bij de Algemene Administratie van de Patrimoniumdocumentatie (AAPD) ondersteun je de procesbeheerders om processen te ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren. Je neemt onder andere volgende taken op:
- Je bouwt de procesdocumentatie uit in samenwerking met het procesteam.
- Je tekent het proces uit via BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Je publiceert de procesdocumentatie zodat alle medewerkers van de AAPD hun taken op een correcte manier kunnen uitvoeren.
- Je voert procesanalyses uit in samenwerking met het procesteam en onderzoekt hierbij verbeteropportuniteiten en streeft naar de meest optimale proceswerking.
- Je neemt een actieve rol op in verbeterprojecten rond processen (lean management).
- Je bouwt mee aan de AAPD van morgen door een procesgerichte organisatie te ontwikkelen, uit te dragen en te promoten.
- Je bent een teamplayer en bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren. Je volgt het vakgebied op en deelt opgedane kennis en inzichten aan de medewerkers en collega’s.
