**Job Description**:
The Investor Relations associate will be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team as well as the greater Group Finance & Administration team, helping to ensure that the capital markets have a proper perception of the Company. Together with fellow colleagues in the Investor Relations team, they will be the regular interface with not only external capital markets stakeholders (i.e., investors and analysts), but also internal stakeholders including senior management. In addition, the Investor Relations associate will also be involved internally in preparing ESG disclosures and engaging external ESG stakeholders such as ESG ratings agencies, analysts and investors.
Due to the heavy communication activity of the role to both internal and external stakeholders, the Investor Relations associate must be both polished and persuasive in terms of written and verbal communication. Additionally, given the orientation of the role toward capital markets, a solid understanding of finance and accounting as well as strong analytical skills are also prerequisites for the role. In terms of personal characteristics, an effective Investor Relations associate must be able not only to work as part of a close-knit Investor Relations team, but also independently to derive and propose solutions to open-ended challenges. Lastly, given the fluid nature of the capital markets, the Investor Relations associate must feel comfortable working in a very dynamic, fast-moving environment.
**ROLE & OBJECTIVES**:
Detailed description of the tasks of an Investor Relations associate as follows:
- Manage Investor Relations conferences and road shows, investor tours, meetings and conference calls, including targeting, outreach and relationship management, as well as contribute to the coordination and preparation of the AGM.
- Assist in developing, crafting and controlling the quality of key messages, Q&As, publications, presentations and media used in the Investor Relations program, as well as senior management presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information of the Investor Relations section of the corporate website.
- Prepare, proof read, publish and distribute corporate communications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and proactively develop other key Investor Relations management tools such as the Investor Relations contact database, consensus analysis, Eurofins financial model and peer group analysis.
- Support the production of materials for quarterly reports (Q1 and Q3), the Half Year Report the Annual Report in liaison with fellow colleagues from Finance and Administration.
**Qualifications**:
- Ideally 2-5 years of working experience that demonstrate increasing scopes of responsibility.
- Excellent communication or sales skills, enabling him/her to build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Complete proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Perfect knowledge of English (written & spoken) required.
- Able to build trust and credibility with external and internal stakeholders.
- Highly structured and organised
- Extreme attention to detail
