Voor de versterking van ons team bij Intimus Belux zijn wij op zoek naar een fijne communicatieve collega die houdt van een takenpakket met zowel organisatorische taken als ondersteunende taken met commerciële flair. Het spreekt je aan om twee verschillende functies in onze organisatie te combineren. Je wil jezelf snel ontpoppen tot een belangrijke schakel in onze organisatie.

**Als Planning Officer zal je**:

- De vraag van de klant analyseren en indien nodig een technische interventie inplannen ( telefonisch en via mail: NL/FR)
- Veelvuldig contact hebben met de service techniekers teneinde een efficiënte oplossing aan onze klanten te bieden
- Opvolgen wanneer er onderhouden nodig zijn en deze inplannen
- Interventiedossier verwerken van A tot Z
- Interventies factureren

**Als Supply Chain Officer zal je**:

- Wisselstukken bestellen bij verschillende leveranciers
- Wisselstukken en supplies verzenden aan de klant of beschikbaarheid communiceren aan de techniekers
- Administratie Stockbeheer beheren ( magazijn & carstock techniekers)
- Proactief en continu onze database updaten.
- Back-up zijn van onze Customer Service Officer
- Regelmatig een bijdrage leveren aan onze social media

- Je je vlot uitdrukt in het Nederlands en Frans (gesproken en geschreven)
- De klant voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats komt
- Je je communicatie vlot kan aanpassen aan je gesprekspartner zowel intern als extern.
- Je organisatorisch sterk staat, planmatig en gestructureerd te werk gaat
- MS Office ( excel en word ) voor jou geen geheimen kent en nieuwe IT applicaties snel in je vingers zitten.
- Je je thuis voelt in een internationale, uitdagende KMO omgeving
