- Je beantwoordt oproepen en vragen van medewerkers van het ziekenhuis telefonisch of via mail
- Je ondersteunt met standaard oplossingen en/of geeft informatie
- Je verwijst eventueel door naar gespecialiseerde collega's en zorgt voor een correcte en volledige informatieverwerking in de systemen
- Je ondersteunt en werkt actief mee aan de verbetering van de werking van je eigen dienst.
- Je rapporteert aan de Service desk coördinator
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt IT diploma op zak of je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Ervaring binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een passie voor ICT
- Je beschikt over een groot probleem oplossend vermogen
- Je bent innovatief en leergierig
- Je bent een echte teamplayer die nauwgezet kan werken
