**Fonction**:
En tant que Project Manager, vous êtes le partenaire clé de nos clients pour la mise en œuvre de leurs projets immobiliers.
Vous assistez, conseillez et accompagnez le maître de l’ouvrage de manière autonome notamment pour:
- Gérer et coordonner une équipe complète
- Gérer les interfaces entre les intervenants du projet
- Assurer la maîtrise des coûts, de la qualité et des délais
- Proposer des solutions pratiques à des problèmes complexes
Vous participez au développement des projets depuis la phase d’initiation jusqu’à la mise en service (étude de faisabilité, passation de marchés, gestion des études et des travaux).
Pour les projets d’envergure, vous pourriez être assisté-e par des profils junior nécessitant la coordination de leur travail et leur encadrement. Vous les accompagnerez en faisant preuve de leadership favorisant l’esprit d’équipe, la créativité et la réalisation de soi.

**Profil**:
**Votre formation et vos compétences**
- Ingénieur civil ou Ingénieur en construction ou Architecte.
- Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français et/ou en néerlandais, une bonne connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office (notamment Excel et Project) et les outils collaboratifs de terrain
**Votre expérience**
7 à 10 ans d’expériences dans le secteur de l’immobilier et/ou de la construction.
