Agile Product Owner

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and create a product roadmap
- Work closely with the development team to prioritize features and user stories for each sprint
- Define and document product requirements, acceptance criteria, and user personas
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Work with the development team to break down high-level epics into actionable user stories
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA or Trello
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
