Om onze duik in de consultancywereld te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar_ _nieuwe collega's die warm worden van consultancy mbt UX/UI design. **icapps** bestaat uit een team dat **impact** wil maken **aan de hand van 3 pijlers**. Jij kan dit dus ook en dat op de volgende manier:
**Y/ our customer**:

- Onze klant krijgt een** futureproof oplossing **aangeboden omdat jij als developer up-to-date blijft met de laatste innovaties en trends op vlak van digitale technologie
- Van **ownership** tot zo **efficiënt** mogelijk werken, je bent ermee bezig. Je hebt een grote zin voor **verantwoordelijkheid** en houdt ervan om met de klant af te stemmen waardoor deze vertrouwen heeft in jouw eindproduct
- Onze klant krijgt energie van jouw **enthousiasme** als het gaat om nieuwe uitdagingen en **diversiteit** qua projecten
- Omdat jij aandachtig **luistert**, analyseert en zorgt dat je de **requirements** goed begrijpt, weet je de klant te ontzorgen en een product van de hoogste **kwaliteit** af te leveren

**Y/ our people ️**:

- Jouw komst maakt ons team ook **technisch** heel wat sterker. Je rugzak is gevuld met heel wat praktische ervaring van **in React Native en/of Flutter. **Daarnaast heb je ook een achtergrond in **Android (bv Kotlin), iOS **(**Swift/SwiftUI**) of **.NET development (Xamarin) **waarop je kan terugvallen. Daarnaast kan je zonder problemen **3rd party SDK'**s implementeren en heb je natuurlijk een uitstekende kennis van unit
- en end2end testing
- Willen je collega’s sparren over **security** dan doe je dat graag want dit is ook voor jou een belangrijk aandachtspunt
- Ook het leven van je niet-technische collega’s maak je aangenamer dankzij je streven naar een **kwalitatief product.** Denk hierbij aan een wisselwerking met onze project leads, strategen, UI designers etc
- Je bent een echte **teamplayer** en **communicatief**; je kan je ideeën overtuigend en **constructief** formuleren aan je collega's met als doel het project naar een hoger niveau te helpen maar ook oprecht je **collega’s helpen**. Denken in oplossingen is je natuurlijke reflex. Heb jij zelf vragen dan **kan** je natuurlijk ook altijd **bij ons team van (interne) collega’s terecht**
- Of je collega nu Nederlandstalig of Engelstalig is, jij drukt je vlot uit en bouwt gemakkelijk **gemoedelijke relaties** met hem/haar op
