Om onze duik in de consultancy wereld te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar_ _nieuwe collega's die warm van worden van consultancy mbt project management. icapps bestaat uit een team dat **impact** wil maken en dit rond onze **3 pijlers**. Jij kan dit dus ook op de volgende
**(Y/) our customer**:
- De klant kijkt naar jou om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen. Hiervoor ga je als **SPOC** aan de slag als link tussen **stakeholders**, zowel intern als extern. Jij garandeert hierbij vlotte communicatie en echte **partnerships**.
- Als kapitein van het project neem je **ownership** over het product dat je team bouwt en garandeer je de **kwaliteit** van het opgeleverde project zodat de klant zich hier geen zorgen over hoeft te maken.
- Je luistert naar en analyseert de noden van zowel klant als gebruikers en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke **requirements.**:
- Dankzij jou weet de klant dat het project ook qua **scope, prioriteiten en budget** stevig opgevolgd wordt. Bij jou geen verrassingen in de projectagenda, maar wel proactieve communicatie. **Risk en opportunity management **zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
- Je klant weet waar ze aan toe zijn omdat je dankzij je **verantwoordelijkheidszin** je klant regelmatig betrekt en je de voortgang van het project **proactief** tussentijds afstemt met hen en hun noden.
- Je wordt enthousiast van **nieuwe uitdagingen** en **diverse projecten** en draagt dat uit bij jouw klanten.

- Jouw komst maakt ons team ook technisch heel wat sterker. Je rugzak is gevuld met praktische ervaring rond **Scrum, Kanban of Prince 2.**:
- Je maakt het leven van je collega’s aangenamer dankzij je streven naar een **kwalitatief product.** Zit je vast, dan kan je terugvallen op ons interne team van project leads, strategen, UX’ers, designers, developers etc
- Je bent een echte **teamplayer** en **communicatief**; je kan je ideeën overtuigend en **constructief** formuleren aan je collega's met als doel het project naar een hoger niveau helpen maar ook oprecht je **collega’s helpen**. Denken in oplossingen is je natuurlijke reflex.
- Of je collega nu **Nederlandstalig** of **Engelstalig** is, jij drukt je vlot uit en bouwt gemakkelijk **gemoedelijke relaties** met hem/haar op.
