**De job in een notendop**

Als Loans Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kredietovereenkomsten, maar ook voor het verwerken van alle soorten gebeurtenissen die zich kunnen voordoen gedurende de looptijd van een krediet.

Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen van de bank en externe gesprekspartners zoals notarissen.

Als lid van het team werk je dagelijks samen met je collega's, je staat open voor het geven en ontvangen van feedback, evenals het opnemen van verschillende initiatieven om de interne processen, de samenwerking en klantenservice te verbeteren.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Een bachelordiploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
- Een natuurlijke aanleg voor organisatie en administratie op een efficiënte, nauwkeurige en stipte manier.
- De correcte mentaliteit: een zelfstandige teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid toont en flexibel is.
- De nodige sociale skills: een communicatief vaardig persoon die snel contacten legt en de status quo voldoende in vraag stelt.
- De werktaal is het Nederlands, maar basiskennis Frans en Engels zijn een belangrijkpluspunt.

Je scoort extra met:

- Een goede kennis van en handigheid met office-tools (Outlook, Word, ).
