The Group Talent Management Team is a dynamic team of Talent
- and Learning experts, looking for a new colleague who will focus on the broad variety of Talent
- and Learning activities.
In this function you report directly to the Group Head of Talent and get the opportunity to work in an international context.

**Your Position**:

- You develop and implement learning strategies -and programs, in close collaboration with our business lines. You are responsible for:
- The identification and monitoring of development needs across businesses in close collaboration with the business learning responsibles
- The design of (transversal) training
- and learning programs for business technical
- and personal] skills across business lines
- The building and facilitation of an internal learning network with the business in order to realize our strategic ambition to develop top-notch expertise amongst our employees.
- The implementation of new training
- and development programs, policies and procedures resulting from projects
- The follow up of relationships (incl. contracts, budgets,) with external parties (e.g. vendors and consultants)

You have:
- Strong Learning & Development expertise, with a passion for helping people learn and grow
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide learning & development programs
- A will to learn about our business as much as about the evolution of the talent landscape
- Experience within the financial or service sector would be an asset
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and/or English
