As a **Payroll Lead**, you will lead and oversee the payroll department, providing tailored payroll and HR services to a diverse international client portfolio. Your expertise in Belgian payroll legislation and ability to manage and support a team will be key to driving excellence.
**Payroll Lead | Function**:
- Oversee and coordinate the payroll process for complex client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Belgian regulations.
- Manage the onboarding and implementation of new client payroll systems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on payroll and HR-related matters.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development.
- Act as a team player and leader, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
**Payroll Lead | Profile**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll delivery, ideally with exposure to international payrolls.
- Proven experience in leadership and an expertise in Belgian payroll legislation and best practices.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
