Om ons HR-team in onze hoofdzetel (metro Kunst-Wet) uit te breiden, zoeken we een:
**Payroll-specialist**_ _**
**OPDRACHT**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de administratie van de verloning en andere
sociale voordelen voor de medewerk-st-ers, in samenwerking met het sociale secretariaat.
**BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Je bent de interne contactpersoon voor alle vragen van de medewerkers over de berekening van hun
verloning en de daaraan gerelateerde procedures;
- Je bereidt de lonen van de werknemers voor in samenwerking met het sociale secretariaat SDworx;
- Je hebt contact met subsidiërende instanties en volgt op in samenwerking met de payrollcoördinatrice en
het departement Financiën;
- Samen met een collega doe je de administratieve opvolging van de personeelsdossiers (contracten,
vakanties, afwezigheden, medische afspraken, arbeidsongevallen, ) en van alle correspondentie en
communicatie aan het personeel;
- De verzekeringen, de maaltijdcheques, de facturen en het contact met de leveranciers en het departement
Financiën worden door jou beheerd;
- Je volgt de medische dossiers op met de verzekeringsmaatschappij;
- De jaarlijkse herzieningen van de classificatie, indexeringen en sociale voordelen volg je op;
- Je geeft ondersteuning bij de maandelijkse rapportering, opvolging van audits, salarissimulaties,
- Je voorstellen om het administratieve beheer van het HR-departement te verbeteren en de diensten aan
het personeel efficiënter te maken, zijn welkom.
**PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een bachelor in HR-administratie, boekhouding of evenwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt enkele jaren relevante praktische ervaring voor deze functie;
- Als je ervaring hebt met eBlox Payroll van SDworx is dat een pluspunt;
- Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
- Je houdt van cijfers, maar ook van menselijke contacten in alle discretie;
- Je kan een tijdschema respecteren;
- Zelfstandig en pragmatisch ben je ook, en je integreert je makkelijk in een klein team;
- Nederlands of Frans spreek en schrijf je vloeiend. Van de andere taal heb je een goede kennis of ben je bereid
je te verbeteren;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Office 365 (Excel in het bijzonder) en de moderne communicatiemiddelen;
- De principes en waarden van Caritas deel je, en je staat ervoor open om te werken in een multiculturele
omgeving;
- Je bent snel beschikbaar.
