We are currently looking for a
**Payroll and HR Compliance Specialist **who wants to contribute to our People Experience mission.

**Then you are the one we are looking for**
You will work for all divisions & functions in the BelgiLux market (including Nespresso) and closely collaborate with the BeNeLux HR team to ensure a great People Experience.
The role of the Payroll & Compliance Specialist is to implement and co-ordinate all pay plans and activities, ensuring its accuracy according to strict deadlines and governmental and Company regulations. This includes:
- Ensure payroll procedures are documented and internal controls adhered to;
- Overseeing, coaching and training our Nestlé Business Services (NBS) and HR team on compliance policies, local legislation, taxation and pay processes;
- Managing and overseeing Service Levels Agreements and KPI of our NBS team;
- Ensure relationship with legal, governmental institutions and works councils;
- Prepare HR department for relevant audits;
- Lead improvement projects in the area of payroll and HR compliance in Belgilux.
**We are looking for someone with**
- At least 3 years of working experience in payrolling and HR compliance, within international company;
- Experience in working in a service center model and Compensation & Benefits processes in Belgilux;
- Experience with internal and external audits;
- The ability to work autonomously and able to transfer knowledge and coach different (senior) stakeholders in the organization;
- Strong communication & organization skills;
- A very good knowledge level of Dutch and/or French, and a strong understanding of English (must).

As a Payroll and Compliance Specialist you report to the BeNeLux People Experience lead, you are part of the BeNeLux People Experience team (focusing on People Journeys, Employee Relations, Workplace Experience, Health & Wellbeing, Pay and Compliance). You will be based in the Brussels office.
