**TO DO**:

- As our Engineering Manager at Neuhaus, you will be a key player in our ambitious plans for the coming years. This is a specialist role where you will work in tandem with the Project Management Office (PMO) and continuously liaise with equipment manufacturers, engineering offices, our R&D team and the Neuhaus Operations team. Your technical expertise in food manufacturing engineering will contribute significantly to the success of our projects. You will report directly to the Director of Operations._**Technical Excellence**: Bring experience in food manufacturing engineering, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence. Collaborate closely with the PMO team to align engineering solutions with project objectives.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work in tandem with the PMO, the equipment manufacturers team to support the successful execution of engineering projects. Provide technical insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of food manufacturing processes. Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
- **Technology Integration**: Stay informed of emerging technologies in food manufacturing and assess their relevance to our processes. Recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions to elevate production capabilities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations, to integrate engineering solutions seamlessly. Act as a technical expert, offering insights to enhance overall project success.

**TO HAVE**:
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
-A minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in food manufacturing engineering.
-Proven expertise in driving technical excellence in a manufacturing context.
-Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Passion for precision in engineering and staying updated on industry advancements.
-Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French, with proficiency in English.
