**Your Role as a Business Analyst**:
Working closely with our clients, you will design and implement new business processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Organizing workshops to present solutions to clients.
- Establishing functional and technical analyses that serve as the project specifications.
- Frequently communicating project progress.
- Assessing risks and anticipating solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensuring the quality of delivered work and adherence to budgets.
- Motivating your teams to excel.
- Training clients and documenting processes.
- Providing maintenance support.
**Your Goal**: To build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
**Your Profile**:
To succeed in this role, you should have a positive, solution-focused mindset and:
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, English.
- A customer-oriented approach and service spirit.
- Negotiation skills and a sense of compromise.
- A desire for sincere and lasting relationships that enable progress.
- A true interest for ERP and software implementation
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an industrial environment and production management, in finance or e-commerce.
