**Business Analyst/Product Owner at CTG IT Solutions**:
We are currently looking for a talented** Business Analyst/Product Owner **to join our team at CTG IT Solutions. If you are passionate about the FMCG industry and have a strong background as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, this opportunity could be the exciting challenge you are seeking
**Responsibilities**:
**As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in our team, taking on the following responsibilities**:
- **Conducting business** and** functional analyses** to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
- **Implementing** and **configuring processes** to optimize operations and performance.
- **Writing detailed analyses** and documenting results in a clear and precise manner.
- **Developing** rigorous test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Organizing and facilitating workshops to foster collaboration and **communication** within the team.
- Leading the monitoring and implementation of **roadmaps/releases.**
**Profile**:
**For this position, we are seeking a freelance professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner. You should also possess the following skills**:
- A **bachelor's degree** is required.
- Profound knowledge of** Agile** and experience with **Agile project tracking systems** (ideally Azure DevOps).
- Excellent understanding of **development environments**, IT architecture, APIs, and databases to support complex projects.
- Knowledge of the **FMCG sector** would be a significant advantage, allowing you to better understand the specificities of the domain.
- You are fluent in** English**, and knowledge of Dutch or French would be an appreciated asset.
