What to Expect
What You’ll Do
- Inspection and according repair / rectification of Tesla electric vehicles - Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) - Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools - Perform equipment inspections, adjustments - Maintain records of time, expenses and materials - Help maintain cleanliness of shop floor - Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines - Support technicians in other parts of the business where needed
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles including testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, brakes, testing and repair of electronic systems and modules - Experience with operating and maintenance of a wide variety of hand, power and shop tools. As well as experience with test equipment and scan tools, following diagnostics - Experience with A/C preferred - Excellent English oral and written communication skills - Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders - Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as an automotive technician - Flexibility towards a fast-changing environment and processes as well as flexibility towards working in shifts on diverse times (morning - evening) based on business needs - Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and insurable - The responsibilities of this position may change over time - this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
