**Role Overview**
**We are looking for**:
- An experienced IT professional to ensure the delivery of high-quality ERP services through end-to-end orchestration of external partners and internal key resources, to achieve the key value and performance indicators’ targets over time in a consistent way
**We count on you for**:
- Be responsible to continuously refine the ERP service based on business requirements and ensure to fulfill the agreed service levels
- Manage new demands and coordinate the implementation with the outsourcing provider
- Closely follow up delivery with suppliers, facilitating any decision or escalation, performance follow-up of suppliers and reporting on SLAs, KPIs, financials
- Develop best practices framework on way of working: templates, presentations, resource & capacity management.
- Develop strategic relationships with partners and vendors and organize monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with suppliers
- Oversee the resolution of IT service incidents and problems, including identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Ensure that ERP service delivery complies with relevant regulatory requirements, security standards and enterprise architecture guidelines
- Develop and monitor service level agreements to ensure that IT services are meeting the needs of the business and provide regular reports to leadership
- Work closely with other service teams to improve the overall service performance
- Support Enterprise Architect to design, iterate and realize the target architecture
- Support to evolve and maintaining the IT service catalog
**You will bring**:
- Strong experience in similar ERP Service Delivery oriented positions
- A Master's degree in a relevant field of study
- ITIL certification and IT governance/PMO experience

- Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
