Hun wereldwijde netwerk, bestaande uit meer dan 731 locaties, stelt hen in staat om de wereld soepel te verbinden door middel van geavanceerde logistiek. Op dit moment zijn ze op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative Air Export en Customer Service Representative Air Import om hun team te versterken.

**Doelstelling**:
De Customer Service Representative is de motor van onze klant. Het voornaamste doel is om te assisteren bij de coördinatie van exportzendingen via de lucht, het voorbereiden van verzendingsdossiers en het coördineren van alle interne klantvragen en bestellingen op een verkoopgerichte manier.

**Profiel**:

- Computervaardig, basis MS Office
- Aandacht voor detail
- Vermogen om onder druk en op eigen initiatief te werken
- Teamplayer
- Tweetalig (NL&ENG)
- Vertrouwd met de verschillende procedures van het vakgebied.
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om geloofwaardig en effectief te communiceren en te presenteren op alle niveaus van de organisatie
