**THE SCOPE**
With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an Audit Officer to join its Audit team.
As an audit officer, you will aid the internal auditor in verifying the conformity of Gaming1 will all its legal, normative and regulatory obligations. With good organizational and analytical skills, you will plan and ensure the conformity of the audit calendar in force within the company. In addition, using your attention to detail and under the supervision of the internal auditor, you will maintain the management systems and processes in place.
**YOUR ROLE**
- Retrieve audit requirements and ensure they are integrated into the calendar.
- Verify the availability of auditees and consistency of dates.
- List non-conformances in the centralized register and document corrective action evaluations.
- Enrich existing audit grids by referring to good practices in the sector and to previous audit results.
- With the internal auditor, coordinate the continued surveillance processes (review of rights, review of suppliers, performance indicators, etc.)
- Escalate risks identified in GAMING1’s risk register and plan their evaluation.
- Ensure GAMING1’s internal procedures are kept up to date and ensure their monitoring or modification with the process owners.
- Organize and structure the existing document base.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree focused on Law, IT or Economics and have an interest in risk management and the auditing field.
- You ideally have prior professional experience (internship, employment, etc.) in a similar role.
- You have a good analytical mind.
- As someone who pays attention to detail, you are very thorough with documentation.
- Good at communicating, you are also dynamic, proactive and independent.
- You speak French and are able to speak and understand English with ease (minimum level B2).
- Knowledge and use of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is no secret to you.
- Knowledge of Jira is a plus.
