La section Financial audit team contrôle la comptabilité des organismes de paiement, et ce, tant au niveau national que régional. Les comptables-auditeurs effectuent des contrôles de la comptabilité des allocations sociales (allocations de chômage, chômage avec complément d'entreprise, etc.) et de la comptabilité de gestion spécifiquement réglementée des OP. Le service Support administratif à l’Administration centrale de l’ONEM coordonne les tâches des contrôleurs et les soutient dans l’exécution de leurs tâches.

Pour renforcer notre section Financial audit team située à Bruxelles, nous recherchons un(e ) spécialiste motivé(e ) (h/f/x).

**Lieu de travail**: Administration centrale de l'ONEM, Boulevard de l'Empereur 7-9, 1000 Bruxelles

**La fonction**:
En tant que membre du personnel de la cellule administrative, vos tâches seront les suivantes:

- Répondre aux questions techniques et/ou administratives des comptables-auditeurs ;
- Suivre et préparer les dossiers de contrôle en fonction du planning à réaliser ;
- Synthétiser les résultats de l'audit et les évolutions en fonction du rapport à la direction ;
- Préparation du rapport annuel sur les comptes de gestion au ministre du Travail ;
- Élaboration, suivi et analyse des tableaux de contrôle dans Excel et/ou Access ;
- Maintien et suivi d'une base de données de connaissances spécifiques ;
- Soutien administratif général.

**Le profil**:

- Remplissez-vous les conditions pour être admissible à un contrat convention de premier emploi (moins de 26 ans)?
- Êtes-vous en possession d'un Bachelier à orientation économique (une orientation comptabilité est un atout) ?
- Vous aimez travailler tantôt de manière autonome, tantôt en équipe ?
- Attachez-vous une grande importance au développement personnel et êtes-vous capable d'atteindre des objectifs ?
- Avez-vous une mentalité « Team player »
- Vous exprimez-vous aisément à l'oral et à l'écrit ?

**Compétences techniques**:

- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la comptabilité générale.
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les activités de contrôle comptable et financier et vous aimez travailler avec des chiffres (données agrégées) et les outils informatiques correspondants.

**Atouts**:

- La connaissance de l’autre langue nationale est un plus car la Financial Audit Team est composée d’une équipe bilingue.
- Une connaissance suffisante de MS Office est un atout.

Vous serez engagé comme:
Expert administratif (niveau B- bachelier) avec l’échelle de traitement B1

Traitement de départ minimum: 33 606,32 EUR (salaire annuel brut, déjà adapté à l’index actuel)
