Description
You will maintain of customer service for all support queries
You will be in charge of user problems from the ITSM ticketing tool
You will implement, managing and maintaining workstations
You will perform installations, upgrades & deployment of workstations to Microsoft Windows 10
You will image and prepae assets such as laptops and mobile devices for deployment to users
You will carry out routine maintenance of IT systems
You will support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
You will be the local assistance for the L2/L3 System Administrators (Server, Network, Application, ERP)
You have Experience in "Knowledge Article" documentation, IT & end user procedures
You will ensure Service Level Agrerement are adhered too
You will be the local contact person for assistance in IT projects
You will work on sites in Germany
**Profile**:
You have 3 years of experience in IT support (Helpdesk/Service Now)
You speak English and German
You have Administration experience of MS Active Directors users &groups, policies and management concepts + advanced Microsoft knowledge.
You are proactive and you are solution oriented
