The rise of AI within the company has introduced new and exciting training needs, amplifying the importance of robust learning and development (L&D) strategies. With the support of the Executive Committee, L&D has to play an important strategic role in shaping the future, fostering individual growth in transversal, leadership and technical skills to meet evolving demands.

As our L&D Officer/Key User, you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it becomes a seamless and engaging platform for our employees. From enhancing user experience to spearheading innovative learning processes, this role puts you at the forefront of empowering growth and development across our organization.

**Your Daily Job**
- You take the lead as our transversal key user for the LMS, managing users, content and system configurations to provide a excellent employee experience.
- You are the go-to expert for resolving LMS-related challenges, offering prompt support to ensure employees have a smooth learning journey.
- You create and analyze insightful reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
- You stay ahead by monitoring LMS updates and releases, ensuring new features are seamlessly implemented.
- You conduct thorough testing of new functionalities and updates to ensure the LMS operates flawlessly.
- You organize the logistics for leadership training, onboarding, and other learning initiatives. Maintain clear documentation, training materials, and host knowledge-sharing sessions.
- You stay proactive in identifying and promoting HR and learning technology enhancements to keep our systems ahead of the curve.
- You work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions.

**Your Profile**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the energy sector.
- You have excellent knowledge of LMS platforms and their functionalities.
- Your analytical and problem-solving skills are top-notch.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- You are self-motivated and skilled at managing priorities independently.
- Project management experience? AI expertise? These are great pluses you bring to the table
