Description
- Through its legal assistance service for social security and labour law support, Group S enables employers to receive effective help and advice concerning employment matters in an international context, as well as providing representation in the event of conflict with a worker, the ONSS/RSZ, the Social Inspectorate, etc.
- As a new member of the Group S workforce, you will be part of the international legal team with
- **responsibilities in the following areas**:
- Providing legal support to members of the internal workforce and affiliates in the fields of international employment law (individual and collective), the declaration of wages and hours worked to the social security service, and the taxation aspects of remuneration.
- Acting as a genuine adviser for our clients when they have questions about managing their staff.
- Managing disputes and litigation between employers and workers or official organisations.
- Organising training programmes and seminars.
- Creating a relationship of long-term trust with your clients based on your focus on service.
