**Position summary**:
As Collections Specialist, you are responsible for the Collections related activities for key customers. You act as the guardian of the outstanding customer accounts and work together with the Sales team and the Center of Scale in Collections related questions and improvement initiatives. Your role is a key function in Order-to-Cash (O2C) end-to-end processes. You are part of The Financial Services team within Nestlé Belgilux that supports the business for all Accounts Payable (including Travel and Expense), Accounts Receivable and Accounting Operations activities.

**Your responsibilities as Collections Specialist are**:

- Acting as the Single Point of Contact for Collections for key Market customers: providing strong support/market intervention to resolve any invoice or payment processing related issues and escalations.
- Supporting the Sales team through active monitoring of outstanding invoices and resolution of customer claims and disputes.
- Managing and monitoring the performance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and indicators of services (KPIs); analyzing and disseminating periodic reports. Driving action plans to correct deviations in services and implementing process improvements, working together with the O2C Center of Competence within the end-to-end O2C stream.
- Participating in the weekly and monthly operational review meetings and driving and/or actively supporting relevant O2C End to End transformation initiatives. Driving or contributing to standardization projects including the implementation of new SAP functionalities.

**What will make you successful**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Collections/ Order to Cash
- Strong stakeholder management and time management skills
- Analytical skills that enable analysis and resolution of issues
- Drive to take initiative and improve processes
- SAP experience is an asset
- Good communicator, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
