Production Teamleader
Milliken Textiles in Gent is op zoek naar een **Production Teamleader voor de weverij.**
Als Teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de weverij. Dit departement bestaat uit 4 afdelingen (twisting, texturing, beaming en weaving) en telt ruim 40 medewerkers. Je rapporteert aan de Plant Manager.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je zorgt voor een hoog niveau van kwaliteit van de productie in je afdeling, dmv coordineren van kwaliteitscontroles, stimuleren van quality awareness,...
- Je laat de producten doorstromen in een zo optimaal mogelijke tijd volgens de vereiste specificaties.
- Je leidt en coacht je teamleaders en hun team in hun dagelijske taken.
- Je speelt de trainigsbehoeftes van je medewerkers door aan management en HR en helpt mee aan hun verdere ontwikkeling bij Milliken.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de projecten van process engineering in de verschillende afdeling.
- Je behoudt een sterke focus op veiligheid en productiviteit, dmv team meetings, controle navolging veiligheidsvoorschriften en dragen van PBM’s.
**Profiel**:
- Diploma bachelor in een technische richting.
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een productie omgeving als leiddingevende
- Ervaring in de textielsector is een pluspunt
- Je bent een leergierig en resultaatgericht persoon die mee op de werkvloer aan de slag gaat.
- Je hebt een goed kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
- Excel kennis is vereist, kennis SAP is een pluspunt.
- Je bent veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsbewust.
- Je bent sterk in organiseren en plannen, alsook herplannen bij onvoorziene omstandigeheden in productie.
