**Production Manager.**
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
Als Production Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele activiteiten van de fabriek, gaande van inkomende logistiek, over productie, tot de uitgaande logistiek.
Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse realisatie van de geplande productie
- en verzendingscijfers, en volgt op dat dit gebeurt volgens de afgesproken kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsprocedures.
Je initieert en leidt diverse optimalisatieprojecten.
Je heb 3 direct reports, en stuurt indirect een team van nog eens 20 mensen aan.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je teamleads en zorgt voor een goede communicatie-stroom binnen de afdeling en met de andere interne afdelingen (Planning, QA, R&D, Product Management,). Je bent in die rol ook in regelmatig contact met de collega’s van buitenlandse afdelingen.
Veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en hygiëne zijn prioriteiten bij alles wat je onderneemt.
**Kwalificaties en ervaring**
Opdat u succesvol zou zijn in deze rol, zoeken wij de volgende kenmerken in een kandidaat:
- Bij voorkeur beschik je over een ingenieursdiploma of minstens een bachelordiploma in een wetenschappelijke/technische richting.
- Ervaring in pharma en/of chemie is aanbevolen. Indien je geen kennis hebt van GMP regels ben je bereid deze op korte termijn onder de knie te krijgen.
- Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende, bijvoorbeeld in een rol als productie supervisor.
- Je hebt kennis van, en/of ervaring opgedaan binnen, één of meerdere supply chain rollen, bijvoorbeeld binnen aankoop, logistiek, productie. Een APICS certificaat is daarom een pluspunt.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en staat bekend om je enthousiasmerende en duidelijke leiderschapsstijl. Je werkt op een inclusieve manier en betrekt je team bij je beslissingen.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het bedenken en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en/of projecten. Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van LEAN en gebruikt deze methodiek bij het uitwerken van verbeteringen.
- Je houdt ervan zelfstandig te werken, bent een kei in time-management en bovenal positief ingesteld. Je zet doelen voor jezelf en zorgt ervoor dat die gehaald worden.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig maar je spreekt en schrijft ook foutloos in het Engels.
- Je kan vlot overweg met de pc en courante softwarepakketten. Ervaring in SAP is aanbevolen.
