**This is the role**:
The Reliability & Integrity Manager is instrumental in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of (mechanical)s systems and equipment, thereby reducing operational costs and improving productivity for the Ghent North Production Plant.

The Ghent North site is a predominantly Dutch speaking environment, so it is required to either **speak Dutch or be willing to learn it.**

**Typical duties and responsibilities are**:

- You are responsible for safeguarding the integrity of the installations by performing inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Based on the conducted inspections, you provide advice on a wide range of technical equipment such as pressure vessels, storage tanks, pipelines, safety valves, etc.
- You lead and coach a team of employees (supplemented with contractors) who are responsible for coordinating and practically executing the inspections and managing the technical warehouse.
- You ensure customer-oriented service focused on the operational reliability of our installations through optimal inspection scope (RBI) and utilizing the best available technology.
- You are responsible for the inspection and preventive maintenance budgets, as well as monitoring the stock value in the technical warehouse.
- You coordinate reliability items (including ACA, RCA) in collaboration with maintenance experts, production, and process engineering.
- You are responsible for conducting criticality studies (ACA) and following up on necessary actions resulting from them.
- You prioritize the safe execution of inspections and strive for continuous improvement of the reliability of the installations.

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in preventive maintenance or inspection services is a plus.
- You are a People Manager with strong social and communication skills.
- You are highly passionate about technology and work based on the belief that prevention is better than cure.
- You are eager to learn and stay updated on the latest techniques and best practices through participation in seminars and networking.
