Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel). Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

**Role Overview**:
This role will be the site finance lead for the launch and ramp-up of the EMEA CAR-T manufacturing organization. The near-term responsibilities will include implementing accounting and financial reporting procedures defined by Corporate Accounting and Reporting. This role will be the primary financial person involved in the site implementation of SAP S/4HANA. For the near term, this includes implementation of core financial modules of RTR, OTC, P2P, and Fixed Assets. Additionally, this role will responsible for month-end close, including general accounting and journal entries and will work closely with Corporate Accounting. This role will also provide assistance with VAT tax filings and statutory audits for this site as well as the Ireland site.

In the long-term this individual will oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, collaboration management and reporting, planning & analysis, and overall internal control adherence. This individual needs to ensure compliance to all company policies and advise management on financial strategies. This individual will work collaboratively across all functions including Technical Operations, Quality, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, and IT.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Lead the RTR (finance) work stream for the SAP S/4HANA implementation of Indirect Procurement, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting
- Develop, implement and oversee management financial reporting, annual budget process, and establishment of key metrics.
- Manage capital appropriation requests, asset-under-construction project reporting, and overall capital strategy.
- Own property plant and equipment accounting activities related to capitalization, depreciation, disposal, etc. of assets within SAP fixed asset module once implemented
- Support VAT tax filings and statutory audits.
- Post payroll accounting journal entries and provide analyses to management as needed.
- Month end accounting and reporting responsibilities including but not limited to journal entries, variance analysis, creation of management reporting packages, and submission of forecasts.
- Provide financial leadership for the manufacturing sites to achieve business goals.
- Work with the site management team to develop and achieve long term financial objectives; support business decisions requiring a financial/business assessment.
- Actively manage risks and opportunities to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Conduct business in accordance with company values and behaviors and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
- Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and analysis of financial reporting is maintained in accordance with IAS.
- Ensure uncompromising integrity, transparent and timely internal controls and financial compliance process.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contribute to team effort by reporting and educating team on financial status/initiatives.

**Education**:
BAC+1 / BAC+2 in finance or accounting

**Experience**:
5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

Preferred, experience in biopharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry.

**Qualifications**：**

- Exposure to using an ERP System, preferably SAP
- Fundamental understanding of Accounting and General Ledger
