**Jouw rol**

Nieuwe connecties maken en die laten wérken. Je hebt vanuit je ondernemershart en kennis van zaken ideeën die je voor anderen wil inzetten. Je weet de juiste mensen aan te spreken en krijgt energie van ontmoetingen, met collega's, ondernemers, klanten. Daarom blijf je mee met maatschappelijke trends. Groeien? In team, als één bank.

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van alle externe prospectie activiteiten binnen een Branch. Als Associate ga je proactief op zoek naar infiltratie in netwerken, teneinde nieuwe leads voor de branches in de regio te genereren. Je werkt hierbij samen met Branch Directors, Private Bankers, Sales Management en MarCom Event Management. Je neemt deel aan evenementen & expertise sessies binnen membership clubs. Deze prospects draag je over aan de private bankers en je zorgt voor een regelmatige opvolging.
